‘faith doesn’t have to be about God’
For a long time when the word ‘faith’ was mentioned, I assumed that it was only something religious people had and felt. I would automatically dismiss it as something that only some people needed to have in their lives.
It was during a coaching session that I realised that I have bucket loads of belief, which is faith, and that it is not exclusive to religious people.
I could ask 50 different people what faith means to them and get 50 different answers. For me, faith is ‘an inner knowing’. An inner belief that everything will be fine. No matter what happens in my life, I know I will be OK.

Extraordinary You
This is a brand new book containing eleven personal stories to unlocking an exceptional life. I have had the privilege of reading the Chapter written by Ghania Dib. Ghania describes her amazing life journey to get to the extraordinary place she is now. Her story, which is brutally honest at times, is truly inspirational and captures the true essence of the sometimes painful journey a lot of people go through in their lives. As I was reading it, I felt the anticipation in her words shine through in the hope her story will help others to break through whatever barriers they perceive and start living an extraordinary life of their own.
Ghania believes that both internal (self) and external (other) relationships are at the heart of an extraordinary life. I believe she is truly extraordinary!

Xmas Chicks in the City Wed 21/12/2011 at 6.30pm
Chicks in the City meet the third Wednesday of every month from 6.30pm to 7.30pm at Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club, 117 Ryedale Road, West Ryde in the Hawks Lounge (lower ground lounge area).
Chicks in the City is a group for women to connect. Basically it’s all about hanging out with women, meeting new friends, socialising, finding like-minded women to chat to or even making long lasting friendships.
All women are welcome and it’s free.

The February 2011 edition of the Empower Newsletter contained an article about the 6 Core Human Needs which explained how we need these needs in our life to enable us to live a more fulfilled and happy life.
Because this created a lot of curiosity, I have created a CD elaborating on these needs which will not only help you clarify why you feel the way you do at certain times in your life, it will give you examples and ideas to enable you to implement a resourceful balance to meet your individual needs.
