Your feedback
Thank you to everyone who sent in feedback for ‘Chicks in the City’. The response was great. Chicks in the City, for those of you that may not know, is a group I am planning to start for women to connect. Basically it’s all about hanging out with women, meeting new friends, socialising, finding like-minded women to chat to or even making long lasting friendships. The plan is that it will be free and open to all females. The rest was up for discussion.
The majority suggested we get together monthly for about 1½ hours on a Wednesday night around 6.30pm somewhere in the Inner West where they serve coffee and wine. Suggestions re the agenda tended to be around inspirational stories. I am a strong believer that if you get a room full of women, there isn’t anything they wouldn’t know. We are such a great support for each other to share our ideas and experiences. As soon as I decide on a suitable venue I will let you know where and when.

Did you know?
Serotonin Serotonin is the “feel good” neurotransmitter of the brain. High Serotonin levels are responsible for us feeling happy, relaxed, calm, motivated, and at peace with our lives and our role in the world. High serotonin levels may also help you to lose weight. There are people who have a low serotonin level that find that eating sweets, especially high GI refined carbohydrates like cakes, doughnuts and pies, triggers intense cravings for more sweets. Engaging in long, deep conversations with one or two other women is one of the best ways to raise serotonin levels.
Which basically means hanging out with women helps us feel happy and lose weight. Yahoo!!!!
